Milad holds a doctorate degree in physiotherapy (DPT) from the A. T. Still University of Health Sciences, Arizona. Throughout over 15 years of experience working in various settings, including private outpatient clinics, hospitals, and long-term care facilities Milad has provided care to patients with variety of conditions such as orthopedic disorders, sports injuries, neurological conditions, cardiovascular disorders, and vestibular dysfunctions. Milad has continued to improve his physiotherapy skills by taking numerous continuing education courses including McKenzie MDT (A-D), Mulligan manual therapy, vestibular system rehab, temporomandibular joint rehab, kinesio taping, acupuncture, and dry needling.
Milad’s holistic and evidence-based treatment approach consists of manual therapy, individualized exercise plans, as well as modalities such as acupuncture and laser to help his patients achieve their treatment goals. Milad applies his knowledge and experience to come up with treatment strategies towards the root cause of his patient’s physical limitations.

Dr. Lam graduated from the University of Waterloo, with a degree in Kinesiology. His strong interest in sports injuries, manual therapy and low back pain led him to pursue a career in chiropractic at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. He is a Rocktape Canada Functional Movement Technique Certified Provider and is trained in the usage of instrument assisted soft tissue mobilizations, myofascial cupping and compression band therapy. Other treatment protocols involve: chiropractic manipulation/mobilizations, functional rehabilitation, muscle release and low level laser therapy.
Dr. Lam’s goal as a healthcare practitioner is to improve the health and quality of life in his community by providing evidence-based care that focuses on the physical and mental health of his patients.

Kathleen graduated from Queen’s University in 2022 with a Masters in Physiotherapy. She also graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with specialized honour from York University in 2019. She has experience working with a wide variety of patients including workplace injuries, post-surgery, stroke, Parkinson’s, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal injuries. Her approach with physiotherapy is to help individuals reach their specific goals so that they can return to doing the things they love, and this can be through manual therapy, modalities, and a personalized exercise plan.

For the record, I am a duly licensed rehabilitation psychologist. I am a member of The College of Psychologists of Ontario, member of the Canadian Psychological Association and member of the Ontario Association of Clinical Hypnosis. I have over 40 years of clinical and rehabilitation work experience, including over 20 years of Canadian experience. My professional background covers such areas as psychological assessment, psychotherapy and post-injury rehabilitation, family counselling, and refugee and humanitarian cases, to name a few. I have worked in private practice and clinical settings, including at the Toronto Western Hospital. I conduct evaluations and psychotherapy sessions on request of insurers, law companies, employers, and court orders, focussing on personal injury and psycho-emotional condition assessments and return to work treatments. My psychological treatment methods depend on clients’ needs and include various approaches and techniques, such as cognitive-behavioural therapy, hypnosis, biofeedback, relaxation techniques, gestalt therapy, and others.
